ZEVIN

Hey we're Zevin and we're from a SHITHOLE town called Brawley. We're making our transition towards the San Bernardino area and soon the L.A. scene. All we are is just a couple of guys doing what we love to do, which is playing our music. And hoping we can make a living doing that. Band members, Jesse, Henry, and Peter, formed Zevin and started playing music together in high school. After graduation, they took time off, but got back together in 1999 and started recording demos on four track recorders. This would be the stepping stone for what was to come. In June, 2001, they signed with the independent record label, Noir Musique. They shopped around looking for the right drummer to fill the void. Searching for someone who was true to the music and himself, proved to be a tough task. Then came "The Bob"! Robert filled the position in 2003, giving Zevin the facelift they so desperately needed. After countless rehearsals of new material, the band was ready to enter the studio. With the help of David Robles, founder of Noir Musique, Zevin began recording tracks for their album in late 2003.

Zevin's music is original and unique. Their sound has been compared to Stone Temple Pilots, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Radiohead. Their goal is to build a fan base who are true to themselves as well as the music.
