First and foremost...don't ever get this twisted: I'm a writer not a rapper. Been writing since 8th grade and I'm currently a freshman Duck at the University of Oregon.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?

Your musical influences
Tupac Shakur- #1 influence in my life. Still to this day, he keeps my focus in check, never resorting to the cancerous pathway the game is traveling. Kenn Starr's "Walk the walk" remix off the Halftooth records "You don't know the Half" collaboration album sums up everything I've ever wanted to say about half ass artists today. That song alone keeps me reaching for a higher level.
There are many other musical influences in my life and years of analysis and close listening to these artists has helped me figure out my own personal style. The legend Bob Marley of course...his ability of to use simple language to open the flood gates to a whole universe of imagination/emotion/passion. Bone; the modern day Marley, especially Krazie..."All I'm hearin on the radio/video....same thinnng!" Devin The Dude:
"Unity", "Anything" at times has the ability to keep a dwindling life together
What equipment do you use?
a pen, pad, a cheap mic and my heart n' mindstate. Emcees rappin only about club hoppin, degrading females, and killin eachother need to realize, its only killin the remainding music once thought as art.
Anything else?
Money is invisible, and passion is priceless. I feel that if a track can not be played accapella, and comprehended, then what are we supported them for? The system is politics: based on who ya know, not what you can do. There isn't a dollar sign in the world that would change my p.o.v. of the poetry I write. Trust me though, I am not a bitter person, but my #1 pet peeve is rappers who throw shit together without taking time off to analyze what the world needs to hear. Their profession is expression; and if that's all they really have to say...why are we listening? Seriously, say what u mean, and mean what u say
