Zack Clark
Hey everybody, its Zack Clark and this is my first musical publicity. I really appreciate it if you are reading this because that means you probably like to hear me play music. But i have been playing the committed to the guitar for almost 2 years now and i have been writing music for a little while.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I pretty much have no history, actually you all are creating the beginning of the story, so DON'T CLOSE THE BOOK. i hope i stick around with music for a long while.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play in my room, i live in my house en abington de la Pennsylvania and i have special moments all the time whatever that means.
Your musical influences
do have to answer it, well i will anyway because i like saying his name. John Mayer. Others are Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Dave Matthews, Stevie Ray Vaughan,RADIOHEAD, COLDPLAY Incubus, john mayer, john mayer, john mayer, and if you don't like john mayer then you really can't appreciate musical talent. but you can still listen to my music.
What equipment do you use?
Martin something and a fender strat, i dont really pay attention to what it is and i have a technilogical impairment so what i do is: I JUST PLAY.
Anything else?
Here is a poem i wrote a while back that i just found and it is pretty cool so i hope you enjoy it. It is called "Warning Signs"
We found this sanctuary in the wilderness of wilds
bewilder me with eyes, follow through with your smile
your choice of words is stirring, yet unique
I sort of miss the days with delicate speech
can i wish you well in this chilling brook
and fall for you with granted looks
open skyward your feelings through
and through no fright the me in you
you never lie but always lay
hammock swing and bow we play
without worry and without stray
objective complete in our today
but we color this mirage with life
tension builds but there is no knife
status clear but hiding behind
the thin line that you call the ‘meantime’
collisions met and falling back
we tumble down like jill and jack
but loose our cannons roar the wind
and thunder lights the silent hinge
open to all sound now
we swallow what we couldn’t get down
we past the hump and took it by storm
the wishing well is all but worn
these scars are signs with truth in whispers
secrets told in scabs and blisters
warning signs flash lights unpassioned
accented with vague reminders of crashing
crashed and burnt and torn and seared
until you come and lift me here
raise me high within your grasp
whisper my name with your stilling rasp
