The Young Neighborhood Gospel Singers, (YNGS), of New Orleans, Louisiana were established in 1980 to spread the Word of God in song. Since that time they have inspired concert audiences in churches, schools, hospitals, nursing homes & supper clubs
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We are all originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. Hurricanes Katrina & Rita have made us redefine neighborhood with a very broad outreach of us & their families spread across our nation. The tragedies have reinforced our faith in God & love for others

The Young Neighborhood will perform on the 20th Annual "Celebration in the Oaks" at Entertainment Pavilion of the Botanical Gardens located in New Orleans' Historical City Park On Saturday December 16, 2006 at 6:00 pm. The YNGS will energize their audience by performing Christmas Carols and tracks from their newly released CD "Jesus, He Lives"
