Yep Records is a hip hop community based out of deep East Oakland, made up of hungry hip hop youth dedicated to making change in their community and environment. This label developed and overseen by Dj Twelvz gives the youth of Oakland a voice in there community. We have too many of our youth dieing in the streets. Its time for change!! The Family includes these up and coming youth: Timmy T, SikWitIt, A1, Young Gifted, LiL Drea, The Headbanger and Instruction from Twelvz in the grime room. The students learn in twelvz hip hop course and apply there teachings to the youth label. Yep is not just any regular label out there it stresses a family type team environment but yet the students are taught how to go market there albums, the business aspects of the game, plus all performance stuff like writing verses making beats on reason, cakewalk, fruity loops, and samplers. So look for this Label to hit you like Mack truck cause were coming if you ready or not. Word!!
