XPENSIV was born Tony Little in 1980 and raised in Oklahoma City, OK. He began freestyling at the age of 14 by battling other MC's at the school bus stop. Being the only white kid in the school he got his props for his verbal skills and heart, but he was soon diverted from HipHop by money and drugs.
At the time XPENSIV went by the name Cue for which he had an infamous reputation with the OCPD. As always getting in trouble begining with an assault at age 8 crime was no new thing to X. He began selling drugs begining with weed at the age of 15 then later moved on to selling cocaine. As the story goes with all Drug Dealers though his succes was short lived. He got arrested several times in succecession for felony drug and gun possesion, but being only 17 at the time he recieved only a slap on the wrist. Before being released from his juvenille probation sentence He was sentenced to adult probation for spitting on a police officer.
Two weeks later he was arrested for possesion of a pistol and the TASK force raided his home so he moved locations. His rivalries with other drug dealers in the neighborhoods he occupied afterwards were always ongoing though which resulted in several shootouts for which X had to go into hiding fom the Police. He was later arrested for an armed robbery charge which was eventually dropped along with the shooting investigations.
Then November 11th, 1999 the bomb dropped. XPENSIV was arrested for selling drugs to an undercover narcotics officer who he met from one of his best friends. While in Jail with nothing to do but Read and sleep X strated writing rhymes. "I went through alot of growing pains, I mean my shit I started with was wack." But he persevered and continued writing and evolving his skills. XPENSIV recieved a sentence for two years of drug treatment along with 12 years of Probation. The entire time X was in treatment he was writing rhymes plotting on how to start a record label when he got out. After leaving treatment X hooked up with his longtime homeboy Illistic who he had been perfecting his DJ skills while X was locked up.
XPENSIV and Illistic got ahold of an old ASR-X Pro and a Computer and began making beats and recording and XPENSIV recorded his first album which was an EP title "STR8 UP HUSTLIN'" which was never released. Then X got hooked up with his old girlfriend and got married and him and Illistic quit talking because thier women didn't get along. XPENSIV was still involved in his music though and bought an old computer and learned to record. He then recorded his second album titled- an EP entitled "Piece of Mind" Soon afterwards he met MC's Cire and Jenus which his wife didn't like so X had to decide between a bad relationship with his wife and music. X choose music.
Soon after splitting up with his wife X recorded his third album an LP entitled "Fliptt Script". He then hooked back up with Illistic and was offered a Deal from Talon Entertainment but due to ill advice he didn't sign and only pushed Fliptt Script on the streets which didn't go over so well because of it's abstract nature and the quality of the CD. So X went back to the drawing board.
Having done alot of research X decided to buy a Studio and he did and learned how to use it.

X along with Jenus, Illistic, E-DOC and Profetix (X's 16 year old brother) got into the lab and got down. They recorded a 24 track compilation album entitled "OKC HipHop's Finest Volume 1". XPENSIV being dedicated to the project stayed up until 3 a.m. evernight only to go to work the next day at 8:30am.
X is now in progress of recording his 4th album "XplosiV" and has been doing shows with Talon Entertainment and Strange Music opening for acts such as Kutt Kalhoun. When X isn't in the lab, On stage or spitting freestyles (or kicking it with chicks) he's busy making arrangements, Moving Units, Promoting and running CTS. He put it like this "I was talking with some people a few years ago about Master P and they said- That could be you... And I got to thinking. That's my motivation. I'm in the lab putting out fire and I'm hooked up with the right people. In 5 years from now I'm trying to be Nationwide and put OKC on the Map." It's a maddcap named Schizo...a Tulsa-born, Lawton-bred man based in Chicago. At this moment I have simply said to hell with the everyday same-sh*** audios I get subjected to so I went random. And spinning the globe it had lead me to your site and music page...If I was some kind of critic-type cat I would have left what I had thought about your compositions and bounced right? Well yeah but that's not what I see...I ACTUALLY SEEN a glimpse of someone besides myself, a veteran of all sorts, a devout all-undaground free thinker and lyricist. "One Love" is what the needle on the record had lead me to...now the beat had me thinking Brotha Lynch beat and that threw me off, sorry man I just thought thought the synth was laid on too heavily. Then I was pulled in to a vortex named "Fair Warning" it maybe wintry but it's a standout that has me envisioning boxcar canvases and THAT to me is the standout...but wait!!! The next track "Mentill Innercourse" may have been another on of them misspell
