x-man

have been involve in the hardcore scene since my introduction to a set of turntables, and raves. its gotta be evil, hard and on the edge of control. for those who think hardcore is all about speed, listen again. and consider this - would u run thru a haunted house if you wanted to get scared? no ud take a little time, then let the atmosphere take control. get me on msn messenger: xman@megarave.com
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
started producing in 97, was some really ghetto shit back then. slanging my albums on shitty tape recordings, getting suspended from school for solicting, shit like that, but i made my point then just the same as now, just now i know how to run a business, and have 6 years of experience producing and behind a set of turntables to influence and make everything that much greater. djnepo.com/melodic is temporarily the only place to get my full cds and vinyl
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
dj live, check out djteam.com for upcoming bookings. i play on gruvsonic radio regularly, about once a month or so. gruvsonic.com check out musikal malfunktion - every sunday 6-7 pm
Your musical influences
mosh pits, the edge of how far i can actually take the music.
What equipment do you use?
computer, korg er-1, boss 202, vcr and tape player(modified for effect of course), microphone, and basically anything i can get to make an interesting noize(ie. loosing up the alternator belt on my car so it squeels, throwing a log through a window, scratching a blackboard - then its off to the old effect processor)
Anything else?
getting and ep cut soon!!! nothing like the sound of vinyl. got a compilation cd on the way with one of my latest mixes. get it by emailing xman@megarave.com, or djnepo.com/melodic
