EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ($100-300)
With exclusive rights you'll be able to use the beat for all profitable commercial recording or broadcasting purposes. Once exclusive are sold the beat is no longer available on the website. Exclusive rights are sold to only one user and cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. Any other adjustments to the instrumental will add an extra charge. Once you have purchased the beat you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat as audio, the full beat in wav format. In addition you will receive a signed X Cuts Productions contract granting you exclusive rights to the beat.
LEASING RIGHTS ($30-90)
With leasing rights you can use the beat for only one profitable commercial recording or broadcast purpose, you will have non-exclusive rights to the beat. The price is much lower than Exclusive Rights making it a perfect option if you're working on a low budget album. Leasing rights can be sold multiple times by X Cuts Productions and the beat remains on the website. Any other adjustments to the instrumental will add an extra charge. Once you have purchased the beat you will receive a CD in the mail containing the full beat as audio, the full beat in wav format. In addition you will receive a signed X Cuts Productions contract granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat.
CUSTOM BEATS ($300 or more)
Custom Beat services are available for established artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project and have the budget to finance such a project. Custom Beats are sold to only one user and the exclusive rights to use the obtained Custom Beat cannot be resold or transferred to any other party. I will work with you to make the track just the way you want it. Prices will depend on the complexity of the track, and how long it takes to come up with the final accepted version but pricing starts at $500 per Custom Beat.
Important Information about Sampled Beats
Any of the beats u hear with song samples if purchased will be sold as is, or with any changes you desire, but it will be stated as if only the DRUM PATTERN and any other sound besides the sample was sold, due to copyright reasons. You will have to clear the sample yourself if you are serious with your music. We hold no responsability if you make money on your own with the beat ALONG WITH THE SAMPLE if you are a serious artist, YOU WILL HAVE TO CLEAR THE SAMPLE YOURSELF.
