Band/artist history
I started beatmaking in 2003 and hooked up with a local MC named "Duble D" and formed the group "Miskonception". Shortly after that, I met another local MC named "dCypha" and the three of us merged into "d Alliance". A year or so later "Duble D" left the group and it was just dCypha and myself. In 2006 we released our first mixtape entitled "Reflections" which was mainly a compilation of some of our best work at the time. After many years of dropping singles we came together, with our friend and fellow producer "Nu-Aira", for our debut album entitled "The Overture" which was mainly completed around 2010, and was released in 2013 after we both went through separate hiatus's. In 2009 i released my first solo project entitled "Meditation (Chapter I)" which was a compilation of some of my best work up until that date, and in 2014 i released my 2nd installment of the Meditation series. I have also released a compilation project with New Jersey representative SageInfinite (2013), a remix project featuring Wyze Mindz from South Carolina, and I have produced the majority of the debut project from Toronto based supergroup "TRPL-R" consisting of 4 MC's (Lee Ricks, Phacz, Uno, Kirk Steele). I have many exciting projects that I am currently planning and working on, set for release in 2015 and beyond. Stay tuned...
