Word Spit is the articulation of life. Turning real life experiences into his unique style of lyricism, “Wordz” is an artist the real can relate to. Wordz began taking rap seriously when his father came home from jail. As an old time hustler, his father first introduced Wordz to the recording studio at the young age of 4. Being exposed to different genres of music (grandmother’s soul/blues/jazz and mother’s alternative/rock taste), Words began to compose music at the age of 16. While battling other “MC’s”, and destroying the cipher, Wordz developed the skills to create songs that the hood, the girls, and hip-hop lovers could feel. “I sink in the sheet like ink when I write”. With the influences of Rakim, Canibus, Nas, etc. Wordz will be next to being known for his craft, wordplay, and passion for music. Now 21 years old, Wordz is more than an artist. Currently an entrepreneur and engineer at his recording studio (co-owned with his father), Wordz is preparing himself to make a major impact to the future of hip-hop.
