Okay guise I'm now part of the band (former Longchat). We're going to make something absolutely huge, believe me, so keep an eye on us!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I can't clearly recall when it all started, but I think it began in late 2007. I was in a small band back then, and I was the only one who composed in that band. I kind of liked being in a band, but I was not doing what I really wanted to do. I was a bit hold down, I wanted to make ambient/atmospheric metal but the guys only wanted In Flames or Hypocrisy-like stuf. So I got the fuck away! And I started composing only for myself, alone in my small room with my guitar and my laptop. I love doing that! Then one day, I met and later on I joined his band, but that's another story. ;)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Never played live yet, but I hope I get to tour with the band, would be really cool :)
Your musical influences
I really like atmospheric and ambient stuff. I'm not really good at producing brutal riffs so I always try to ephasize on the ambient side.
As for the bands I like: TesseracT, Bulb (and all of his projects/bands), Devin Townsend (same as Bulb), Vildhjarta, Monuments, Meshuggah of course, Red Seas Fire, CiLiCe, 1980, Four Question Marks... (mostly math metal) I also listen to a lot of electronic music: Underworld, Cornelius, Gas, Hecq, Ken Ishii, Monolake (I love them!), Oval, The Prodigy, Punch Inc., Shpongle, Plastikman, SleepResearch_Facility, Amin Tobin, a bunch of dubstep and a lot of breakcore CUZ IT R TEH FUNZ!
