The spark plug of the WISKERBISKET band is front man DOUG SNOOK. Often compared to Mike Wise of Emily's Toybox, Snook will do absolutely anything to get a rise, a cheer, or even a smile from the crowd. An amazing vocalist with the ability to go back and forth between a silky, highly melodic style, to a guttural growl, and back again. Doug will blow you away with his singing voice all while sliding across the dance floor on his knees, shaking' it on your table, or hurdling bar stools. All that mixed with intoxicating sense of humor makes Snook a premier front man comparable to The all time great talents in the music business.
Former Darcie Miner/Lovestomp bassist Millhouse is an equally electrifying performer, delivering amazing bass pyrotechnics all while standing on chairs, tables, and bars, and chasing down the shy folks. Although "House" is a recent addition to the band, his talents were a perfect match to the Bisket madness, and in January2006, he was asked to become a full time member.
Lead Guitarist JON BENEVENTO has spent most of his life studying his widely varied musical influences. His Hendrix meets Bad Brains high energy, squealing guitar style brings an exciting color to WISKERBISKET's sound, and his fiery intensity brings a rock and roll purist element to the show. Formerly, of the cover band Scarlet, Jon's love for Jazz, Classical, punk, metal and classic rock music offers a rich tapestry of musical knowledge to draw from. His love for musical creativity is his passion though. WISKERBISKET provides the perfect vehicle for him to stretch the musical envelope, and still put on an exciting performance.
Lastly, drummer HARRY BLEYER has been a staple of the central PA music scene since the 1980's. A true Thunder God inspired by Pantera, Metallica, and Slayer among other drum heavy groups. Harry shows off his versatility with WISKERBISKET; however, by bouncing back and forth from one musical style to another, while providing the backbone and the power behind the band's frantic sound. All the while, the WISKERBISKET insanity unfolds in front of him night after night.
