I am studying computer engineering at the University of Kentucky. I make beats and remixes for fun. If you have any suggestions for a remix or something, leave me a message or something, and ill see what i can do. As of right now i am making some beats in fruity loops, but i am slowly trying to get some harware together.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I make whatever kind of music I feel. It usally flows in sections. sometimes i feel like making electronica (electro shady, mr serotonin), and others i feel like a little r and b, or maybe some hip-hop. well ill put a little bit of everyhting i have made (and there is alot) I started back in acid 2.0, then moved on to mtv music generator, then i moved on to buzz, which was kinda hard to use, but great things came from that. and now fruity loops, but its doesnt reach the quality im looking for in sound. I am most fluent in fruity though, so im sticking with it for now until i get something else i need.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play the alto sax and i have played live. Its kinda of hard to 'play' a beat...
Your musical influences
uh i have listened to all different types of bands and music, it is hard to pin point it down. RIGHT NOW, its probably zero 7, timbaland, mr.scruff, any thing off the naked music label. uh jay-z and kanye make some really good stuff. ummmmm... erykah badu and the roots, on the jazz tip. speaking of tip.. q-tip and busta rhymes, good stuff, any neptunes or pharell of n.e.r.d. is great.
