Band/artist history
David was playing his acoustic guitar by himself and writing songs then put out a CD and everyone said "hey, you should get a drummer". So he thought maybe some of his new songs would sound good with drums and asked Walker to jam one day since they live on the same street. They jammed and some cool stuff came out of it so they played some shows and decided to record a CD together. Then one day after a show, Nick and Ryan came up to David and said they liked the tunes and were looking for a band to play. Coincidentally, David was getting less and less secure being the lead and rhythm guitar for a band with only two pieces, so the two quickly joined the band and learned/taught songs. They decided to record an album called "Destroys All Monsters" that will be released on the 20th of May of the year 2005.Have you performed in front of an audience?Playing live is great. It's when the performance depends on the artist's ability and the amount of energy the audience gives back.
Your musical influences
We like good music. Soft, hard, in the middle, whatever we're in the mood for. Some favorite bands are Lifetime, Weezer, Jawbreaker, Kid Dynamite, old Saves the Day, The Scaries, Staring Back, oh yeah and The Hard-Ons.Anything else?
