however
the hilarity of our song hitting number one on the death metal charts has been something of an aspiration of mine as well as a joke towards the flimsy yet vote crazy run charts known as soundclick... in other words
once it hits number one or dies away... i'll take it off...

You are truly west of reality.Way west of reality.The reality of it all is this.Why would you label the "New Kid" as Death/Black Metal.This made me cringe.You ever been really thirsty,and know when you get home you got a nice cold moutain dew(using this as example)waiting for you,so you walk in go straight to the fridge crack the 2 liter of Dew take a big slam and spit it every where cause someone pulled a fast one and put water in it?The expectation of it all,the want for something you think is there just to get smacked by reality.Can you understand where I'm coming from?Maybe this would be Alternative/Progressive rock.
