We Are The Union is members of the recently deceased Skafia plus one guy we met one time plus a bassist who we haven't met yet. If you are that person, contact us through our website at www.wearetheunion.com and let us know you are awesome and want to play with us for the forseeable future (no one-night-stand bassists please).

Prepare for rocking in the immediate future. We will be rerecording this demo probably in the recent future as better technology becomes available. And once we actually learn the song.

Also: If you play organ and/or bari sax (organists must provide their own GOOD equipment) we are looking to work with you in a recording environment, NOT NECESSARILY as a member of the band but more as a contributing musician. Please contact us if you would like to help us out in the studio and most likely make it onto an album in the far future.

Featuring ex-members of Ann Arbor's resident ska band, The Skafia, We Are The Union formed when Reed Wolcott, Matt Belanger, and Trey Cook decided they wanted to do something more than create standard third-wave rock ska. The three decided to create a band that would play faster, harder, and more lyrically deep music than their previous musical endeavors, thus We Are The Union was born...
