The group Wavelength offers the perceptive listener many different styles and textures from the colorful palette of the jazz genre to enjoy. Their diversity is shaped by the melting pot created out of the various cultural and musical backgrounds which each core member brings to the band. Add to that exciting mix contributing artists who themselves hail from around the world, and you have a unique Wavelength sound that cannot be easily pegged.Band/artist history
Wavelength began in the 80's playing strictly Jazz Rock Fusion, both cover and original material. The band members went on different paths in the 90s' and a reunion surfaced between past members Ferdinand Magallanes, Oscar Estrella, and Marcus Lopez in 2002. Addition of Bobby Gaviola on drums rounded up the new core group. First CD release for Wavelength is "Cruzin the Music Highway" with contributions from Mike Galisatus on Trumpet/Flugelhorn (Horn arrangement), Joy De Leon and Jim Starr on vocals, Remo Goods on rap vocals, Ron Smith on guitar, Carlos Caro on percussions, Alex Murzyn on Sax and Flute, and Terry Russell on Trombone.Have you performed in front of an audience?Live performances at Festivals and Faires and occasionally at clubs. We are a live oriented group that get a "high" when we see the audience responding to our music.

Very cool music - Grabs my attention so I'll be listening to all your offerings here!
Best wishes.Wooow your music is just mind blowing, all your tracks are totally fantastic.
I am no musician of any kind, although i have been using production software to make songs, and been trying to find what type of music is for me. so i tried to do a jazzy song, i don't really think its jazz exactly, but i have had most of my positive feedback for this song.
Check it out if ya like: www.soundclick.com/brainstem
its called "get higher"
its also in the general jazz charts, don't know how that heppened, must be a glitch in the system.
More importantly, i would like to learn how to play the saxaphone, i have no musical background as i said before, and i would just like some advise on what sax i should start with, and was wondering if you know of any good resources i could use to learn from home.
Thankyou good people
