From the mystical Canadian underground HAIL Toronto’s own WARLOCK MOON.
2 old schoolers whose recipe for creating
the art of deadly Black Metal knows no compromises. Founded in early ’06 by lead singer/drummer Warlock, the idea and concept was thought up two years prior.
By mid 2006 it’s still only two members,
Warlock - vocals/drums and Ladon - guitar,
released their first demo titled “The Morbid Moon Recordings” and later that year “The Slums of Israel” MCD followed, both self-released in a true underground Black Metal vein of limited hand-numbered quantities.
Heavily influenced by pioneer bands such as Moonblood, Darkthrone, Graveland and the mighty Bathory just to name a few, and along with the signature agonizing screams over very atmospheric buzz-saw riffs in regards with the forthcoming release of their “Death Of” Promo CD, the name Warlock Moon is already starting to generate well-deserved positive feedback from the underground scene worldwide as well as some distribution labels. Firmly positioning themselves, as a force to be reckoned with.
WM are planning on doing some live shows sometime within the next year, as well as work on some new material. In the mean time Warlock and Ladon will continue on their quest to tear apart the Toronto and Canadian underground black metal scene under the mystical WARLOCK MOON.Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes, we've had a hand full of live shows this past year so far.
