Wallflower soundtrack

Wallflower soundtrack are a bright young, post hardcore oufit hailing from the midlands. They have recently recorded a new 5 track e.p. which is now available for free download.

Members: Nick Morgan (17) Guitar/Lead vocals Sam Quayle (16) Guitar/Backing vocals Kinley Hoepstine (17) Bass Matt Quayle (20) Drums Bio: We formed in early April 2004 under the name four star romance. Two short practises later we played our first show at a college band night. Our set list was compiled of mostly covers which were slowly phased out as we wrote more of our own material. Two months later we entered the recording studio for the first time. We recorded four tracks live in six hours at a cost of 150. We both designed the artwork and duplicated the CDs and inserts ourselves. Needless to say it wasnt the best quality, yet we used it to book ourselves more and more shows and sold the CDs to the audience. Over the 9 months we have been together we have played with the likes of Million Dead (Integrity records), Happylife (Albert records) and Vice (Positive impact records). By December 2004 we had played practically every venue in Shrewsbury, and a handful in Telford, Wolverhampton, Cardiff, Lichfield, and Birmingham. We headed into the studio for the second time to record a five track demo, this time under the name wallflower soundtrack, which took 3 days and ran a little over budget. Again we designed all of the artwork and layout ourselves. We are currently in the process of printing the CDs and CD inserts, booking some more gigs for the New Year and plugging all of our new songs over the internet to promote our music as much as possible.
