What is a Walk On?
Webster defines a walk on as a college athelete who tries out for an athletic team with out having been recruited or offered a scholarship. Jermaine Alexander(Big Grizz) and Terry Martin(YoSam) represent those athletes. The music industry represents that college and Hip-Hop represents that team. The chances of an athelete walking on to a team and starting, slim to none. The chances of a rapper making it in this music industry, slimmer to none! A walk on is only recognized when they become a starter or make an impact on that team.
Big Grizz and YoSam, are brothers born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. For 7 years they have strived to be those Walk onz. For 2 and a half years they have been pursuing their dream in Atlanta, Georgia. Since moving to Atlanta their production, quality of music, and show performances has enhanced tremendously. Changing producers, engineers, and having more determination than ever has helped them develop their unique style and sound of music.
The Walk Onz pride themselves on being hard working, original and well respected throughout the underground and abroad. Always keeping in mind that faith without works is dead they continue on their journey ... as
