VooDoo Blooze is a Rock and Roll Jam band from Cincinnati Ohio. The band was formed in 2002.Band/artist history
This all started in Maineville Ohio circa 1988 when Devlin Riley on Guitars, Andy Jones on Drums (now with Man Made Moon), Kevin Robbins on Bass (now with Man Made Moon ), Scott Walker on Guitar, and Chuck Jones on vocals formed a talent show band and began jamming in the Riley’s basement. Thanks Mr. And Mrs. Riley for putting up with us! In 1989 the band recorded a demo in Dayton Ohio, toured the Little Miami Party Scene, and then disbanded.
In 1993 the Jones brothers started Jamming together again with Andy now on Guitar and Chuck on Bass. In 1994 Chuck met drummer Chris ‘Felonious Metronome’ Wayt in the Blue Shark lounge in Hamilton Ohio. After hearing a story about Chris partying with the Black Crowes in the Bahamas and that he used to beat the skins in a Columbus Ohio band they decided to form a band. In 1995 Dave Vonosdol (now with Man Made Moon), Chuck, Chris, and Andy record the ‘Dayton Scene’ Tape.
In 1996 with Andy (Guitars & Vocals), Chuck (Bass & Vocals), Chris (Drums), they added the Axe wielding talents of Devlin Riley and formed the band called Landslide. Landslide played originals and covers at private parties and clubs in Amelia (“Kegs and Forklifts”), Fairfield("Rock The Oaks Lodge"), Hamilton (Bob’s - “Play sum Bush”), Mason (“Bronson-Brett One-Plug Lake Fest”), and Winton Woods (“U broke my Amp”) Ohio. New Years 1998 was the bands last show. The band split up after Chuck re-located to Pensacola Florida.
In May 2000 Chuck moves back to Cincinnati. After receiving a phone call from Scott Walker a new ‘Basement Musical Adventure’ was born. Soon Chris Wayt and Devlin Riley were back on drums and guitars. We called ourselves 5 Miles High and played one show in 2001.
In May 2002 Voo Doo Blooze Rock n Roll Jam Band was born.

It's not often that I find something on soundclick that so totally ROCKS! "Blame" really hit me just right. Love the guitar work, and the female vocal backup is cool too. I've got a couple of bluesy rockers on my page as well - not nearly as good as "Blame", but come check me out anyway!wow this looks like
a real band and everything
Im kind of jealous :-)
nice work.
