Vitality is a Death Metal band based out of Fort worth Tx. The currennt lin-up consists of former members of PROPHECY DEVOURMENT VALSGARDE and UNCHECKED AGGRESSION. We formed this group in FEB.2004 and are currently playing live shows and have recorded one 4 song demo..."TEARING THROUGH FLESH".
