Violet was born to talented parents, Bill Lysle and Violet Brown who
performed regularly at the Tivoli in Sydney during the 1940's, but she hersetf didn't venture into the music scene until 1986.She made her ''debut" at the Hornsby RSL terrified, but hooked! Twelve
months singing lessons and several Talent Quests later, she decided to rewrite herpoetry into lyrical form.
She has presented these country ballads and comedy songs in many Central West N.S. W. Talent Quests, winning trophies in Cowra, Forbes,
Orange, Wellington, Parkes, Gooloogong, Canberra, Tamworth etc. and has attracted attention from radio stations such as 2SER.FM with Barbara Morrison and 2GLF with Stuart Archer and many others too numerous to mention.
In 1990 Daytime Lovin'and Somebody's Girl was recorded by Helen Goss and the record climbed to number 5 on the Tamworth Countty
Music Chart.
Everybody will be pleased to know that Violet is doing a demo recording of these two songs again I singing them hersey'in addition to Aussie Country and We're Gonna Make it to the Top.
