Vessel - Formed in 2004 by Cade Ward. I have fromed this project to experiment with my musical abilities and the internet - basically.
I grew up on new wave and alternantive music when it was truly alternative and have been creating electronica for some years now. It is an addiction.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Vessle is a one, sometimes two human gig. I hate talking about myself. We use a computer and stuff...I've been in jail three or four times. Okay then.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have only played live isx times. All the venues were strip clubs that have live bands. The employees really seemed to like it! I am working on upgrading my live show.
Your musical influences
I have a lot of the same influences most industrial artists have. i.e.: Skinny Puppy, Nitzer Ebb, the list goes on and on. I would have to say that my first 12" record was "Masterhit" by Front 242. I listened to it about ten times a day for like a year.
What equipment do you use?
We use mostly softsynth tools with a self built system that we have patched together in the LAST 2 years. I use cubase and FL studio. All hardware is just a midi bitch:Sequencial Circus, Ensonique EPS, Boss drum machine (All form the early 90's or late 80's baby!)
