Verite
I usually make music by myself, but I love collaborating as well.
It's hard for me to categorize the kind of music that I make.
Although certain beats definitely fall into one category, most of what I make is a mix of trip hop and film score type music.Band/artist history
I played classical violin for 8 years as a kid, and started playing again a few months ago. I have been making electronic music for 7 years. I have a background in Audio Engineering and Broadcasting but my true calling is music production.Have you performed in front of an audience?I don't currently play live. I'd much rather spend time making beats in my studio.
If I am at a show where one of my beats is playing, I am in the crowd sipping on a drink, and checking out people's reactions...
Your musical influences
I love Hip Hop ( expecially 80's hip hop ), Trip Hop, Drum & Bass, Jungle, Reggae, Electronica, Soul, African percussion CD's, Funk, Film scores, and more....
A few of the many artists I admire: Amon Tobin, Air, Roni Size, Saint Germain, LTJ Bukem, Dr Dre, The Roots, The Jackson five, Digable Planets, Cut Chemist, Ronny Jordan, Morcheeba, Moloko, Public Enemy..What equipment do you use?
Proton theory was made using an Akai MPC 2000 sampler ( back when that is all I had ). Everything else was made using Fl Studio and various plugins.Anything else?
Thanks for listening to my music. If you are interested in licencing some of my music, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I can also custom make songs for you or make any necessary modifications to existing songs to meet your needs.
Please keep in mind that the songs posted on Soundclick are mp3 quality, encoded at 128 kbps. The general quality of the recordings are significantly degraded compared to the masters.Kaos Axiom's station

Hi: I like your song Time Traveller a lot and it really sets me in the mood for a documentary on native americans - very nicely done. Keep up your great work!I like your compositions...worlds away from what I do, but keep making music. It's so healing for me to do what I do...I imagine it's the same for you.
