Val Davis is a singer/songwriter who since 2002 has been getting some notice. In 2002 he was a finalist at the SolarFest singer/songwriter competition. In 2003 his music was featured on National Pulic Radio (NPR) and his music is currently getting airplay at several college stations around the US including XPN in Philadelphia. I started playing bass at 13, then started acoustic guitar at 15 or 16. I have been performing since the mid 80s. I first recorded in 1991 with Mark Hallman at Congress House Studios (congresshouse.com) in Austin Texas. Mark has worked with some amazing names.
