Story behind the song
Numbness is ignorance of pain, and ignorance of pain takes a toll. Spiraling bliss from the throbbing wounds on your body finally ceasing. Slowly infecting, slowly becoming a virus that will kill you. Yet still, you take more. More ignorance, less pain. Without pain, you cannot know happiness.
