Story behind the song

A 10 year old boy was humming a melody similar to this at the same time I was about to record a banjo part. It sounded cool so I put down a few tracks. A few years later I asked Aaron Raitiere to put some vocals on it, and although he didn't use many words, he gave me a finished product that is perfect for lightening the mood at the beginning of my album and, I believe, hybrid car commercials.
