Story behind the song
It was born in an idea to write a song for Rascal Flatt's and was a video first.Its a story about generations of familys going to church,The first verse is about the grandma and grandpa and the son going to church in an old 30's something buick and then the second verse is the son all grown up and taking his kids to sunday service in a 50's model chevy and then the third verse is like the son is driving his mom and dad in a newer model caddy and when he arrives he looks in the rear view mirror and see's himself as a child with his grandma and grandpa, and all three generation's get the same phrase Turn Around And Drive. The dream (IDEA) was for Rick Schroder direct it and rascal flats to sing it,But God only Knows.
