The was launched shortly before the demise of TASCAM's online forums, to allow interested users of the PS5 to continue exploring ways to use this unique machine. The PS5 is a 4-track digital recorder made by TASCAM, with built-in effects and MIDI-style backing tracks. Finished mixes can be exported as 128K MP3 files for posting on the web. Users are able to trade song files back and forth, allowing for collaborations anywhere the Internet will reach.
