Rap artist. Born May 16,the oldest daughter born to Elijah and Clarissa. Eosrizzocerissa, spent the first few years of her childhood living on and off with her Paternal Grandparents and mother in many different inner-city neighborhoods within Brooklyn. In the early 1970s, Elijah and Clarissa both abandoned there child, after which Cerissa moved in with her paternal grand parents to the predominantly Black and Latino Brooklyn, East New York.
Cerissa attended various public schools with in the New York City school system, and as a result was subjected to discrimination at an early age due to her darkened completion and being the new kid. Her early run-ins with racism prompted her to become more influenced and gave her a drive to stand out even more. Throughout high school, she participated in Girls Softball, Hand ball; Volley Ball and the All Male Track Team were she was the only girl to join and keep up with the fast pace of training. With this she received the PSAL (Public School Athletic League) Athletic of the year award, along with various other trophies and awards. She also worked on the school paper as one of its featured writers and was a Senior Representative during her graduating year. In this mostly male school, Cerissa surpassed 99% of her male peers in her class and maintained a 90 grade from a Vocational Class of Carpentry where she was bestowed the Nathan Mastel Memorial award for carpentry and received an Endorsed Diploma in carpentry.
A natural performer, Cerissa worked with a handful of rap groups during the late 1990s, including Brothers Under Major Stress (BUM’s), The Opposites, ESP, Natural Kauses and Revolutionary Solders. Cerissa attended Metropolitan College of New York, where she studied Human Services and earned her Bachelor Degree. Choosing to have a career besides Hip Hop, Cerissa wholeheartedly devote her time to a career in Child Protection.
As the '90s turned into the New Millennium, the aspiring rap artist began a career in HIP HOP performing in various different club, events and cities such as the late Flatbush Arch, All Star Talent Shows, Le Bar Bat, Africa House, Amarichi, Speed, Pink Flamingo and the Pyramid.
