Story behind the song
This is an old recording that I figured I'd put on here so the other song isn't all lonely by itself.
This song is for those of us who are waiting for a spouse. The first verse talks about how I want my future spouse praying for me for blessings, to have high goals, to have a heart of strength and courage, and to be waiting to have sex until the day I marry him. The second verse talks about what I pray for the man to be like: to have a fire for Christ in his heart and to be so tender you can see it in his eyes. As I pray, I don't know who this person is, but I hope he's also praying for me and I hope he knows - switched to talk right to him in the last two lines - that I'm praying for him.
