Story behind the song
I recently got in touch with an old buddy from my hometown and he got me reminding of the old Floyd songs we used to listen to. This is more an exercise in using my new digital recording board than anything else. Read: I have *no* intention of trying to use this on any recording I could make money on. Trivia: this is from the "Animals" album and was originally in two parts, but Waters put the two together for the 8-track version, and had Snowy White (real name!) play the solo. So I'm really not trying to imitate Gilmour. Really. And it's a love song!
