Story behind the song
Written and Performed by Julian A. Paquin This track was lost until early 2004. It was a great song I wrote in 1999, I think. I can't remember writting it with great detail, but I am shocked that didn't remember to expand this song. I had lyrics for this thing too. Here's the story: I found True, or "True You" as I know it as, in my tapes one day in 2004 and I went "what the hell?" I looked everywhere for the lyrics, but I did not find them at the time. So, I wrote brand new lyrics that I decifered from the tape. I then went on to re-record the song with the new lyrics and it sounded perfect. Later in early 2005 I finally found the lyrics to True You but I chose to use them for Paint. Paint has it's own set of original lyrics but they sucked and I thought True You's original lyrics fit really well for Paint. I thought that True's original lyrics were too good to go to waste and True had new lyrics, so I used them for Paint.
