A leased beat will have a High Standard Production tag somewhere in it (most likely the beginning). Once the payment is received, you will be sent the beat via e-mail. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS - $250&up - Gaining exclusive rights to a beat makes you the sole owner of the beat. Exclusive Rights can only be obtained by one person, after these rights are obtained, the beat can no longer be leased to the public. The beat cannot be traded or re-sold to anyone else. Once payment is received, I will send the beat to you via e-mail or by CD (Whatever you choose.) If you need a beat tracked out for studio/mixing purposes that can be done as well. FREE BEATS - $0 - Can only be used for non profitable uses such as for (Promo freestyles, demos, websites). Once used give Credit to High Standard Productions.
