Lyrics
lights out california, the only rivulet of glow tonight is you. you're beautiful. she stands against against the backdrop, where briliant streams and stars and shimmer from the skyscrapers blend into a marmalade of light. sand particles mirror from the stratosphere, and sparks pirouetting around you, and around your closeness. and as we walk past the point where an orange tree grows, she stands there flickering, lighting the places where the Pacific veil breaks. the sea glass and the sunken ships gleam on the surface of the caost, the Avilia uncurtains its secrets, she tell them all to me. she can orchestrate the wind with sunlight symphonies, California has never been so lovely when it's dark. and we dart for invitations, left by the downward echoes of colours that used to light this burned out state. we smile by the shimmer of her own light. but it is beautiful as she is beautiful. 9:35; a breaker discovers recovery. I am left waiting by an orange tree as she breaks. black out.
