Story behind the song
Well one day my friend Lampdog was over my house , and I let him hear a beat I made, and he was like Damn, "Let me write to that". So I gave him a copy of the beat to take home with him. He uploaded the beat on his MPC and computer, he made a break in the beat, and recorded his own vocals to the beat. That's how "The Illest" became a song.
