Titles for instrumental pieces are fun. What's it about? Well, if Chaucer were walking along back in the Middle Ages, and a helicopter flew overhead, he'd be hard-pressed to describe it later, wouldn't he? This tune presupposes that Chaucer played bluegrass, I guess.
