Story behind the song
Okay, this one is a goofier, more whimsical one! Most of the work was done on this before we knew what we were doing, but the final mix was done later when Paul did know what he was doing! Paul does vocals, guitar and keyboard parts. I do bass and drum programming. I wrote parts of the guitar bit, but Paul played it 'cause he had better gear at the time. Basically, the surfy parts are him and the Police-y parts are me. You can tell in this song that I hadn't "mastered" drum programming at that point. There are just some things that normal drummers wouldn't do, etc. But serves the purpose, I guess . . . That awesome sounding guitar is a real 60's Fender Mustang!
