Story behind the song
I wrote this song sittin in the rain on my balcony back in Depot Town Ypsilanti, better known as Doo Little Street here. The Town is one block long.. several bars, several barbers and a few antique shops..and of course the always dinging railroad track... an eclectic area in its own right. This song conveys my loneliness in the middle of a crowd.
