Cruisin' across the country at your own pace with no agenda
Artist picture
raw ragged garage rock with brilliant lyrics
A dusty left handed axe strangler cranking out raw ragged riffs from the prairie of Nebraska. Even the tornadoes run from mournful wailing of his tortured guitar. And that voice - it can bring down a hawk from 300 yards.

Story behind the song
I'm in the middle of nowhere. I love it. But sometimes I venture out into the world. I go when I want at my own pace driftin' along like a leaf in the breeze.
Lyrics
It's a long way from here to there it's a long way to anywhere I got the time and when I get the urge I get in the Jeep and go try to merge merge back into where I do not fit and for a while might even like it hundreds and hundreds of miles roll past I'm not in a hurry yet I drive too fast Iowa's lovely, Illinois sucks Ohio consists mostly of trucks Office Max, Hanpton, Staples and Shell I'm cruisin' along here on interstate hell But the sun shines on this warm summer day wind in my hair and I'm on my way I'm on my way to whereever I please drifting along like a leaf in the breeze drifting along to who knows where I sure don't know and I sure don't care Hour after hour, town after town mile after mile, 'til the sun's gone down. up thru the Rockies, across the plains I'm now in a place where it never rains There's not a soul, this valley is mine The mustangs are running and the Eagles are flying

Lol...I can relate to this! Everywhere we go turns out to be a corporate journey - there's no escaping it! Love the guitar playing.
