Heres To The Mourning consist of Josh Paquette (Guitar,Drums,Vocals) and Josh Alderman (Bass,Backup Vocals) We got our start back in the summer of 05 with our first album The Darkness Will Follow. Over the years our music has changed dramatically from where it first began. As a band we try and keep up with today's sound but always throwing our own little twist on things. We are currently writing and recording our next cd which will be titled From Under The Ashes. Music has always been our way of communicating with others and we hope that our listeners can relate to our music in such a way that it pushes us forward to continue to do what we do best.

Story behind the song
On one of the past albums released there was a song titled Written In A Violent Shade Of Red. This was our attempt to carry on the overall subject of the first song. This second part to the song is not as angry as the first was. Its more of a depressive feel.......
