Story behind the song
lifted this from an email my sister sent me yesterday... sung from *her* pov. some poetic license was used to get some things to rhyme and am thinking it might need another verse... especially since i'm not sure this conveys quite how annoying i was... she wrote a song called "valentine for my sister" that i haven't heard yet and i hope this does not make a mockery of... but this is rather cheesy...

my little girl reminds me of another little girl a little girl that i used to know many, many years ago this other little girl used to say she really wants my curls, obviously, she didn't know, her straight hair was the only way to go mmmmmmm... she always used to sing these made-up song about everything can't imagine how you could miss her, my annoying little sister. and how to my dismay, she'd wear her tap shoes every day and wouldn't take them off with out a fight ... we had to eat at home that night she collected goofy, big sunglasses and wore them all of the time but we'd both look forward to the chapstick in our stockings at Christmas time mmmmmmm... life's funny, don't you know, i've got "little sister" 2.0 i think it's great, i confess, but her brothers wish she'd give it a rest mmmmmmm...
