Story behind the song
Old riffs, new recording techniques (Garageband). Les Paul, bridge pickup, into a Line 6 Toneport and using Garageband's amp models. Drum loops are also from Garageband. Each riff has a different amp model - in order they are Scorching Solo, Modern Rock, Arena Rock. I am experimenting with cut-and-paste to reduce the amount I have to play to get the backing tracks down.
Les Paul VPAF bridge with an Alnico 4 magnet, spacers removed (de-airbucker), and tone pot newly removed from the circuit.
I like jamming over these riffs, working on my liquid solos and rock chops.
