Story behind the song
This song is dedicated to my friend Normande who passed away in 2005 on the top of a mountain. Her life was a true testimony of God's mercy. She was such an inspiration.
Lyrics
Praised be Thee o Lord our God Blessed be Your holy name King of Kings and Lord or Lords We will praise You endlessly Receive worship from our hearts As we strive to do Your will Life is Christ, death is gain We are free, no more enchained Out of our graves we'll be called Into the sky we'll ascend Just like Christ we will live on Free from death and from all pain We will fear and grieve no more For He'll wipe our tears away Enter through the Pearly Gates Where the Mighty King awaits... "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?" (dedicated to Normande L.)
