Hi folks. I have added a lot of videos recently. Please take a look!
Hi folks, This site acts as a personal archive of my work. So you'll find my best recordings here as well as some pretty crappy ones. The earliest recordings here were made on simple cassette decks, others were made on mobile phones, some are live recordings made at various gigs over the years, a handful were made in small recording studios, but most of the more recent ones were made at home on a Zoom portable studio, which itself is now rather ancient! If you like a song and want to download it, click on 'Full song info' for that song and you will see the download link. You can also read the lyrics and any background information on the songs that I may have added. All my music is available for free - enjoy :) cheers, Charles

Lyrics
Rolling a joint on the table Underneath the lamp My hands are damp And the gum won't stick I must be losing the trick And I can't understand what the papers say And all of these friends Yes all of these so-called friends of mine Are wasting my time It's an easy life Just a little lump and a pocket knife And you know I feel much better When I've had a few But I've lost all my energy And I give in so easily And I never wrote that letter I meant to write to you And all of these friends Yes all of these so-called friends of mine Are taking my time Oh a friend sent me a mandala And I pinned it on the wall But it doesn't help... It doesn't help at all I've forgotten how to meditate And it seems I just can't relate To all of the things I once thought I knew And all of these friends Yes all of these so-called friends of mine Are taking my time Oh all of these friends All of my sweet sweet friends! Doo n doo n doo... Ooooo ooooo ooooo Oh I'm so wasted...
