This is really pretty simple but I think it works well. The drum and backing keyboard parts are played on the Yamaha MM6 synth. But to get the sound I ran it through a Boss DS1, Danelectro reverb and FX on a Crate FRX65.

The Bad Hawaiian Shirts is a solo project but I am open to bringing in other musicians to collaborate from time to time. I record for the fun of it, in the basement"Almost all the early recordings were instrumentals but I am now experimenting with vocals.

Story behind the song
This is really pretty simple but I think it works well. The drum and backing keyboard parts are played on the Yamaha MM6 sythn. But to get the sound I ran it through a Boss DS1, Danelectro reverb and FX on a Crate FRX65. The drums and keybaord are recorded on one track by micing the Crate. The lead is played on an Epiphone LP100 palyed with distortion, reverb and flanger through the Crate. I would like to add vocal to this if I can find someone to sing the lyrics.
