Hopefully intelligent, upbeat, pop rock - plus multiple other genres and rabbit holes I enter
The band is ME - plus any collaborators I can convince to come along for the ride. I love the process of song writing and production - I hope some others get some enjoyments - or chuckles out of these tunes.

Story behind the song
Inspired by the famous poem of John McCrae
Lyrics
In Flanders fields* Ron Tintner © 2008 (Lyrics adapted from the poem by John McCrae*) In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky, the larks, still bravely singing, fly Not heard above the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, watched sunset glow, We loved, and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders fields. Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you; from failing hands we throw The torch; it’s yours so hold it high.; If you break faith with us who Die, We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields. *The poem was written by John McCrae, a Canadian physician in 1915 following the First World War's terrible Second Battle of Ypres in Belgium.
