As the nails went in and the blood flowed out.
His face was full of pain.  But, He did not cry out.
The constant pound of the hammer
that drove the nails in His hands.
You could hear....
the silence of the Lamb.

    Like a lamb to the slaughter, He was led to Calvary.
    Not a word did He utter as they nailed Him to the 
    tree.  They placed a robe upon Him.  He was cursed.
    Mocked by man.
    Though everyone was shouting....
