Olivia plays soulful, hard-folkin, rough grown rock and blues.
Singer-songwriter Olivia Cornell plays her own original style of soulful hard-folkin, rough grown rock. Her compelling songs and lyrics show a respect for craft rarely seen in today?s young artists. Originally from Brunswick, Maine, Olivia studied opera before picking up guitar. She received her BFA in Music Compisition from SUNY Purchase (with honors) in 1991. Since then, Olivia has played solo and with her band in New York City, gaining steady praise from critics (like Richard Gehr) and fans as well. Olivia produced 2CD's with Danny Kadar,YOUNG SOUL CITY and COROLLA ,delivering poignant & personal songs that reflect her sincere and pure devotion to music.

great indie song with a slight punk sound on vox works well a nother great song from a great band I am glad I found your page, I am a producer and engineer so a trained ear talking hear.
